Teachings of Buddha

Gautam Buddha gave importance to the notion of balance in his teachings. He stressed that it is necessary to avoid the extreme of enjoyment as it is necessary to avoid the extreme of yoga, that is, austerity. The very consciousness of the indulgence is the disappearance of conscience and the virtues become dormant. As a result, destruction is camped on the threshold of the person's heart and mind. Similarly, the extreme body of austerity becomes weak and morale weakens. As a result, enlightenment is achieved, because it is just as a dream to build a magnificent building on the foundations of sand. A large part of the sufferings that man suffers from is of the sufferings that man has created with his ignorance, misknowledge, or false visions, the death of those sorrows is possible only through his right knowledge, and they cannot be overcome by one's blessings or blessing. Knowledge of truth or reality is the right knowledge. Therefore, the pursuit of truth is essential for the salvation of sorrow. Search can be of unknown truth. If the truth has become known by a scripture, proceeds or preacher, it is not discovered. So Buddha rejected the truth described by his predecessor or by tradition and searched for it himself afresh. Buddha himself did not commit anywhere. He said, "Don't even quietly assume my point that Buddha has said it." Doubt him and test him through various trials. Test him on the test of life, match your experiences, accept if you know right, otherwise leave". That was the reason why his religion was free from mystics, with human sensitivities and touching the heart directly.
